We inaugurated in 2014 a new apartment Tower, which was built based on high technology that follows sustainable policies. Among the practices for the sake of preserving nature, we adopted the system of treatment and reuse of water; LED lighting with presence sensors provide energy savings and we use of solar heating for hot water supplies. The elevators that allow access to 130 apartments distributed in 13 floors, use a sustainable technology, work with gearless traction machine avoid the use of lubricating oils solving the disposal problem of this type of waste. In 2016 we committed with Free Energy Market and we prioritize suppliers that generate energy from renewable sources.
